This is the gateway to acquiring an NTI Provider Flash Card, a fee based service.
This is not for the free listing that is available to all NTI Providers. If you wish to only have the free listing please please visit www.headacheprevention.com and register for a user account. Upon completion and approval you will be able to add your own listing.
You can add additional items to enhance your free listing such as a Photo, Logo, Bio, or Testimony for a nominal annual fee. If you need help you can always write to the site administrator.
If you wish to have a Flash Card published and listed within the database please follow the link below which will allow you to submit your information via a form for creating your custom Flash Card. This is a fee based service to have the card published and listed. The cost is $95 per year.
